DELIVERY
I aim to process all orders in 1-3 working days, once complete I ship mainland UK orders via DPD on a next day service, deliveries to all other areas are shipped with Royal Mail first class signed for.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
RETURNS
All returns must be authorised prior to items being sent back, please email hello@humanemade.co.uk or fill out the contact form for details on completing your return.
Failure to obtain authorisation may lead to delays in your return being processed.
Refunds
Online shopping can be hard and you may not always like what you buy, I offer a 30 day refund policy, any goods being returned must be in an as received condition with all tags intact. The amount refunded will not include any postage costs paid and you are responsible for returning items using a recorded delivery method to ensure they arrive safely. I can not be held liable for any items that I do not receive back. Refunds are processed in 3-5 days of items being received.
Exchanges
Unfortunately I do not offer exchanges. To be blunt, I find the process too messy. If you need a different size simply return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size when you are ready to do so.
FAULTY GOODS
