For a long time I really wanted to put the maneki-neko (beckoning cat) which symbolises good luck on to a t-shirt. It is however one of those designs that has been done time and time again and I really wanted to do it a bit different. I finally landed on the idea of turning it into a cow eating a vegan burger and chips and ‘The Lucky Cow Burger Club’ tee was formed!
